Helping Hantzmon Wiebel Integrate Their Marketing Strategy

THE OVERVIEW

When we began working with Hantzmon Wiebel, the leading independent accounting firm based in Charlottesville, Virginia, their expertise and client relationships were already strong. What wasn’t as clear was how that positively impacted the community and their team.

They had content in place, including videos on individual employee bio pages, but they were simple introductions of individual team members and not on the firm’s impact as a whole. There was no unifying narrative connecting their experience, their values, and the trust they had built with clients over time. They weren’t lacking credibility. They were lacking a way to show it.

THE PROBLEM

Hantzmon Wiebel needed their marketing to reflect two core truths about their business: deep expertise and long-standing, trusted client relationships.

Their existing content didn’t fully communicate either one. Video content was siloed, resulting every step being away from an integrated channel. There was no clear framework tying together their website, social media, email marketing, and video efforts. And while their team had powerful insights to share, there wasn’t a platform designed to deliver that expertise in a consistent, engaging way.

THE SOLUTION

We partnered with Hantzmon Wiebel to build an integrated marketing strategy centered on narrative storytelling and consistency across platforms.

Rather than creating isolated pieces of content, we developed a unified system that supports their website, email marketing, social media, ads, and photo and video production. We shifted their video strategy from individual bios to client success stories that highlight their strong relationships and the results they help their clients achieve. To further showcase their expertise, we helped launch The It Depends Podcast, giving their team a platform to share insights and connect with both current and prospective clients.

The result is stronger engagement, a clearer brand identity, and content that supports their business goals while reflecting the trust they’ve built with their clients.
