Content Specialist

This role is built for a creative who loves being behind the camera just as much as being in the edit. You'll capture, plan, and produce photo and video content that strengthens our clients' brands — collaborating closely with teammates, communicating clearly, and keeping projects moving from concept to final delivery. If you're curious, adaptable, comfortable juggling multiple assignments, and excited to keep leveling up your skills, you'll fit perfectly into our fast-paced, highly collaborative creative team.

This is an entry-level position where the ideal candidate will demonstrate their ability to learn and grow, then lead to their advancement as a Content Strategist.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality photo/video creative content including photo, video, directing, and production planning
  • Send creative drafts to supervisor and teammates for edits and final approval
  • Make adjustments to drafts and review content for quality before sending final drafts
  • Communicate with supervisor and teammates with questions or concerns in a timely manner
  • Communicate with clients to help them accomplish their goals
  • Collaborate through platforms such as Notion, Email, Calendar, Slack for assignments
  • Take initiative to expand skillsets to better support team and client needs
  • Travel when necessary for assignments

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience (or strong interest) as a Creative
  • Great communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Might have a strong photo portfolio
  • Will have a strong video portfolio
  • Demonstrable experience with marketing toolsets and web technologies
  • Strong ability and interest in working as part of a team

Graphic Design Specialist

This role is for a designer who loves turning ideas into visuals that actually make people stop and pay attention. You'll create polished, on-brand work across digital, print, and everything in between — collaborating with our team to shape campaigns, emails, web content, and marketing materials that look great and feel intentional. If you balance creativity with clarity, obsess over the details, communicate well, and stay inspired by new trends and tools, you'll thrive here and grow fast.

This is an entry-level position where the ideal candidate will demonstrate their ability to learn and grow, then lead to their advancement as a Graphic Design Strategist.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for various mediums, including digital, print, and branding projects
  • Collaborate with clients and teammates to conceptualize, organize, and present creative ideas
  • Publish content to the web, ensuring proper formatting and brand consistency
  • Design and send marketing emails, newsletters, and other email-based communications
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles
  • Experience in creating designs for both digital and print media
  • Ability to interpret client requirements and transform them into visually compelling designs
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and client engagement
  • Portfolio showcasing diverse design work and creative problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with basic web design or familiarity with web platforms

Marketing Specialist

This is an entry-level position where the ideal candidate will demonstrate their ability to learn and grow, then lead to their advancement as a Web Strategist.
