Megan is the co-founder and Director of Operations at TDC, where she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From kickoff to completion, she’s involved in every project, ensuring no detail is overlooked. Megan also plays a key role in supporting the Strategy and Social Media teams, offering guidance and insight to help them thrive.

Outside of work, Megan is a proud wife and mom to two sweet boys. A former 7th grade math teacher and a natural entrepreneur, she brings a blend of structure and creativity to everything she does. In her free time, you'll find her reading, laughing with her kids, or soaking up the sun on beach getaways.
